Madison Capital ("Madison") is a private real estate investment and development concern based in New York City providing a full range of acquisition, development, financing, and asset and construction management for its own real estate portfolio. Madison's principals have over 30 years of combined experience (individually over 15 years each) managing and owning real estate.

Madison's strategy is based upon taking advantage of market and property inefficiencies in order to capture untapped value through property development, rehabilitation, repositioning, releasing, proactive management and creative problem solving. The diverse backgrounds and experience of Madison's principals permits Madison to source and execute unique and complex transactions in the residential, retail, office, and industrial real estate markets. We have the ability to perform thorough research, underwriting, and due diligence in a timely manner in order to achieve our goal of executing transactions. Our goal is to provide long term capital appreciation and achieve conservatively leveraged returns by investing in under-served submarkets and under-performing assets.

Madison works closely with a number of major financial institutions, and our principals have relationships with institutions and lenders, including Goldman Sachs, CSFB, Morgan Stanley, GE Capital, JP Morgan Chase, AEGON Realty Advisors and many local New York City banks.
