Madison Capital has an established internship program for qualified MBA candidates during the Fall and Spring scholastic semesters (part-time), and Summer (full time).
Interns will gain a hands-on experience in all aspects of New York City real estate: acquisitions development, finance, management and leasing.
Skills all candidates should have:
- High aptitude for quantitative analysis
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very creative
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Organized and detail oriented
- Team player
- Highly motivated, ethical & mature
