Philippe Weissberg is a Managing Partner of Madison. He is responsible for overseeing Madison’s financial obligations, ongoing asset management issues, and identifying and securing real estate investments with a particular emphasis on residential and retail properties. Philippe received a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Brandeis University in 1987 and read politics, philosophy and economics at Oxford University from 1985-1986. In 1992 he founded Savanna Partners, LLC, a New York real estate development company responsible for the commitment of in excess of $50 million in equity to twelve individual real estate investments having a total aggregate value in excess of $150 million. In 2000, Philippe left Savanna’s offices and formed Bluestar LLC. Bluestar LLC is a full service private real estate company that performs the investment, management, asset and construction management services for Philippe’s real estate portfolio and other private holdings. In 1999 Philippe established the Philippe Weissberg Charitable Trust to support many worthy causes. He is an Associate of the Museum of Modern Art and a member of the Young Acquisition Committee of the Israel Museum.

Richard Wagman is a Managing Partner of Madison. He is responsible for overseeing various functions within Madison with a particular emphasis on the acquisitions and financing for all commercial properties in the U.S. Richard is from Montreal, Canada. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Real Estate and Finance. In 1994 he found Principal Property Group LLC, a New York real estate investment company ("Principal") that acquired close to 1 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to Principal, Richard was with Lend Lease International involved in advising public and private pension funds in real estate investments in the US and Europe. Richard worked in the New York, London and Paris offices for Lend Lease. Richard resides in Manhattan and is actively involved in the Steering Committee for the Real Estate Division of UJA. He is a member of BOMA and a committee member of PennNYC, 92nd Street Y and The New York Public Library.

Joseph Jacobson is a Partner of Madison and Bluestar LLC. Joe is responsible for all of Madison's operations including all legal affairs, finance, due diligence, dispositions, risk control, human resources, and asset management and property management. Joe was an attorney in the corporate finance and investment fund practice groups in the New York office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld L.L.P. and was principally engaged in the practice of real estate finance, private equity, investment funds, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and securities law. He was involved in a wide array of transactions including initial public offerings, financings, acquisitions, onshore & offshore investment funds, private equity and venture capital investments, and commercial real estate, with a concentration in real estate investment funds, real estate investment trusts and real estate acquisitions. His extensive real estate experience includes the negotiation, structuring and documentation of acquisitions, dispositions and co-investment transactions; structuring of real estate joint ventures and partnerships; and REIT-related transactions (including formation and acquisition transactions). Prior to Akin Gump Joe worked as an Associate for Davis & Partners, reporting directly to Trevor Davis. Joe received his B.A. cum laude with Distinction in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1996. Joe is the Trustee of the Friends of Israel Charitable Trust, the Co-President of his cooperative building, a Class Representative of The Horace Mann School and an Alumni Interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania.

Dyana Conroy is a Vice President of Madison. She is responsible for the asset management of Madison’s real estate investments. Dyana graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and received her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business. Prior to Madison, Dyana spent approximately five years working for Prudential Real Estate Investors on their largest, open-end commingled fund, PRISA. Dyana worked on PRISA’s portfolio management team and transitioned to a more significant role in asset management. Within PRISA asset management, Dyana worked on a team that managed approximately $1.6 billion of commercial real estate assets throughout the Northeast United States.

Michael Ridloff is a Senior Associate of Madison specializing in acquisitions. He is responsible for sourcing, identifying, evaluating and underwriting potential acquisitions and financing of commercial real estate investments including direct property acquisitions, loan investments and note acquisitions. Prior to Joining Madison, Michael was an Associate Vice President of DTZ Real Estate Investors and was an associate at Eurohypo prior to receiving his MBA in 2007. In these positions, Michael transacted and underwrote equity, senior debt and mezzanine investments, affording him a complete view of the real estate capital structure. Further, he has been involved in all aspects of origination, underwriting, due diligence, credit analysis, and structuring on all major product types including distressed situations. Michael began his career on Wall Street, first as an investment banking analyst at Bear Stearns and then as a credit analyst at BlackRock.
Michael has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Jill Grabel is an Asset Manager of Madison. She is responsible for the asset management of Madison's real estate investments. Jill graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Her concentrations were in Management and Accounting and she earned a minor in French. She completed a Masters of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Development at New York University. Prior to Madison, Jill spent over three years managing operations and real estate for Wharton Properties, which owned or controlled over 80 retail and mixed use assets in the Metropolitan area. Jill also served as the right hand person to Wharton's principal, Jeff Sutton, a well-known retail real estate owner in New York City. Wharton Properties' assets are predominantly tenanted with national retail tenants. Jill also served as the Director of Asset Management for Madison International Realty, a real estate private equity fund specializing in the purchase of loan and real estate interests on the secondary market. Prior to entering the real estate arena, Jill was an Associate in the Financial Services division of KPMG's Assurance Group where she focused on auditing various banks and mutual fund clients. Jill has been a volunteer for the Grand Street Settlement's JUMP! (Juniors Undertaking Manhattan Pleasures) program since 2002 and is Treasurer of her cooperative board.

Vanessa Samet is Madison’s Accounting Manager. In 2002, Ms. Samet founded Access Interior LLC, a business consulting and accounting service provider for the high-end residential interior design industry. In this capacity, Ms. Samet coordinated and assisted with the design of multi-million dollar projects which have been featured in Architectural Digest, House and Garden, and The Robb Report. Prior to starting her business, Vanessa worked as a Development Associate at the World Monuments Fund, where she raised over $1 million for the organization. Prior thereto, Ms. Samet was Senior Administrator of all European and Continental Furniture sales at Christie’s Auction house in New York. Vanessa received her B.A. in Art History and French Literature from Boston University and her M.A. in For-profit Arts Administration from New York University.

Jared Minatelli is an Asset Management Analyst of Madison, responsible for the daily operation of Madison’s real estate investments. Jared graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. Prior to Madison, he spent two years with Lavipour & Co., handling property management and leasing for a real estate portfolio consisting of 2.5 million square feet of neighborhood shopping centers throughout the Northeast.

Keith Holden is a Portfolio Property Manager at Madison. He is responsible for the property management of Madison’s real estate holdings and to increase value and capitalize on Madison’s real estate holdings through aggressive management, market repositioning and capital improvement of the properties. His thorough knowledge of construction processes, zoning and building codes within New York City brings added value as Madison has diversified its holdings. He holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College and is a licensed New York Real Estate Broker. Keith began his career in the real estate industry as director of rent regulated residential buildings, managing numerous residential and commercial rental properties throughout Manhattan. Keith has served as a senior property executive for several of the most highly respected management firms in metropolitan New York, managing in excess of 800 apartment units for each of Tudor Realty Services, AKAM Management and Two Trees Management. His many years in the business have given him extensive knowledge regarding the supervision of building staffs, the ability to interact with landlords and tenants, and has afforded him a vast understanding of the various laws and regulations governing property ownership in New York City. In addition to managing rental properties, he has been a senior property manager for various cooperative and condominium residences in both Manhattan and Queens.

Carlin Longley is the Office Manager at Madison. He directs the organization and administration of the firm as well as handling a variety of accounting and other support functions. He also coordinates firm events and other marketing projects. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Trade.
