Opportunity:

Madison acquired the long-term retail leasehold located on the northeast corner of 68th Street and Broadway formerly occupied by The Food Emporium. Madison repositioned the asset by leasing the space to Lowe’s Home Improvement, marking the retailer’s first expansion into the Manhattan market. Madison sold the investment in November 2015.
