Downtown Multifamily Portfolio

Opportunity:

Madison acquired this underperforming portfolio of walk-up buildings in the West Village and the Lower East Side. The buildings were comprised of 14 retail units and 100 rental apartments. Madison enacted a repositioning strategy which included the releasing of vacant retail units and the renovation and releasing of under market residential apartments. Upon stabilization in 2012, Madison sold the portfolio.
