In June 2022, Madison Capital acquired 1414 Harbour Way South, known as Ford Point, a 478,761 square foot high-end creative R&D asset on the waterfront of Richmond, CA, one of the East Bay’s fastest growing industrial submarkets. The recently renovated 2-story building is located on a 23-acre site and features 160,000 to 300,000 square foot floorplates, 16’ to 18’ ceilings, 22 direct loading doors, a 1 MW rooftop solar farm and an 860-spot surface parking lot with 17 electric vehicle charging stations. The property’s unique physical characteristics and flexible zoning caters to a wide range of uses including research and development, manufacturing and distribution, advanced manufacturing, flex office and retail.
