Opportunity:

Madison acquired a portfolio of four properties located at 934-938 W. Fulton Market, 939-943 W. Fulton Market, 312 N. Carpenter Street, and 328 N. Carpenter Street in Chicago’s Fulton Market corridor. Madison fully redeveloped the properties into mixed-use office and retail buildings and completed leases with an eclectic mix of companies. Madison disposed of 328 N. Carpenter Street in January 2019 and the remaining three properties in July 2019.
